Chain Transfer System

Straightening Machines (in-line)
Straightening is a critical step before stacking, ensuring that bars are properly aligned for efficient handling and bundling. AR Group provides advanced in-line straightening machines tailored for various mill types, delivering accuracy and automation in real-time.
Stacking System
The automatic Stacking system is designed to handle all kinds of sections to be handled in layers, angles, channels, beams and all channels have a particular stack arrangement depending on the particular section being packed, the stacking system is used to magnetically arrange these layers one top of another to achieve a packable stack. Varied based on capacity, cycle times, size of sections we have supplied stackers for light to heavy section mills.
Bar Handling System
Bar Tying Machine:
The machine is used to tie the bundle of finished products after rolling and cutting to desire sizes. The desired numbers of bars are bundled together; depending upon the weight of the desired bundle.
Roller Tables:
Roller tables are conveyor tables, and are installed between stands and the next required process to the bar.
Bar Counter:
The machine is installed after shearing of the bar and before the bundling area to automatically count the number of bars to be packed in one bundle.
Reforming Station:
Coil collection in the finishing area that collects the coils. Other Equipments available are
